From topping up your allowance to paying for respite care, our online portal makes it easier than ever to pay for you or your loved one’s care.

Please note; If you currently pay for care fees by Direct Debit, please do not use this form to pay for future fees. This payment page is for one-off payments.

No, there are no transaction fees when using our online payment portal.

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard but unfortunately, we do not accept American express.

Yes, you will receive email confirmation for your payment. If you do not receive email confirmation after making a payment, please contact our Credit Control team by emailing rcs.creditcontrol@careuk.com or phone 01206 517498.

Please use your invoice number/Care UK customer number in the reference.

If you do not have this to hand or do not know this please leave blank.

Yes, you can pay care fees by direct debit but not a residents allowance. For more information about setting up a direct debit, please contact our Credit Control team by emailing rcs.creditcontrol@careuk.com or phone 01206 517498.

No, you will need to use the online payment portal in order to top up your loved ones allowance.

If you already have a direct debit set up to pay your care home fees then you do not need to use our online payment portal, however if you wish to top up a loved ones allowance then you will need to use this portal.
