Charlotte House is a modern, purpose-built care home in Isleworth, Greater London provides expert care in warm, comfortable surroundings.

Our dedicated team provide specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. We also deliver compassionate end of life care.

We work closely with residents and their families to develop personalised care plans that incorporate the smallest details, so that we provide care that makes your loved one feel special. Our goal is that every resident of Charlotte House leads a happy, comfortable and fulfilling life.

Residents at Care UK’s Charlotte House have been treated to haircuts from local hairdresser, Sue Robinson, for several years, and now the home is offering the service to the local community. Available every Thursday by appointment.

They take wonderful care of my loved one and they treat her with the utmost respect, like a human being, not just another resident. I was very impressed with how the home manager handled a difficult family issue recently; she was very professional and compassionate. I've always found her to be very approachable and she has always responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns I've raised.

All of the team members are friendly and committed to doing their best for the residents and their families. Most of them know who I am and greet me with a hello when I visit. Some that I have known for longer come over for a chat and let me know how things are going. The atmosphere is always welcoming and inclusive; they make me feel like part of the team, really.

It's a lovely, welcoming environment, spotlessly clean, and the team is very friendly. They create a nice atmosphere for the residents and their families. I'm always greeted with a smile, and I'm involved with my loved one's care. The team knows me well, and they respect my opinion.

The team treats my loved one as an individual. They support her to get involved as best she can with the activities, which is beneficial for her, and they have photos on the Relish app so I can see what she has been doing. They understand her quirks, and they are very sensitive to her needs. They are always checking in to make sure she is okay and they take the time to sit and talk with her. Perhaps most importantly, I know she is safe!
