We sit down and get to really know your loved one, we are about personal centred care, everyone has their own stories so we would take the time to know that. Our chef would also ask your favourite foods and come and get to know dietary requirements and our maintenance man would even ask if you would like certain photos on the wall, so we try and make it a real home approach.

As well as enjoyable outings, activities and entertainment, our chef prepares healthy and delicious meals daily. En-suite rooms are comfortably furnished, offering space and privacy, with beautiful gardens. Our glorious gardens allow residents to relax or to take a stroll. Silversprings also has some feathered friends that visit the duck pond.

Our short-term respite care gives you the chance to have a holiday or to un-wind and take some time out. Is your loved one currently in hospital? Our team are here to help, we can give those hospital leavers extra support before returning home. We support respite residents by considering their support needs, interests, likes and dislikes and daily routines, so they are fit and healthy to return back to their daily activities in their own homes.

Our team have all undertaken extensive specialist training delivered by the University of Worcester to understand what it feels like to live with dementia and most importantly to support those living with dementia.

We are proud to offer namaste care to residents living with advanced dementia. The purpose of namaste care is to give comfort and pleasure through sensory stimulation. Our namaste sessions are run by trained carers and involve individual caring touch, such as a hand or foot massages, music therapy, themed sensory and gentle movement sessions, or simply reminiscing.
